  Worst community I have ever seen in Columbus, Ohio. Leasing management are irresponsible. If you complain on any issue, they will ask you to adjust for few months until your lease expires. They never solve issues. Breezing area looks a dump yard. Few tenants smoke inside house and its accepted by management. Few tenants spit in the breezing area, that makes community looks ugly and leasing management encourages it. Such an ugly community I have ever seen. So many other issues..... I do not trust the positive reviews on Christopher wren community. You will suffer if you move....Be careful.

  I love Residence at Christopher Wren. The complex is very attractive. The grounds are very well groomed. My apartment is spacious. The appliances have been updated. We recently had a professional demonstrate the commercial quality workout equipment. The staff is very professional. They are willing to go the extra mile to make the residents happy. The maintenance department is very quick to get anything fixed right the first time. My neighbors are very friendly. I am glad to have such a great place to live. The only thing I can't figure out is who is Christopher Wren?
